After a series of Android 10 beta rollout, Google has finally started pushing the Android 10 stable update to its Pixel smartphone. Also, the Essential is rolling out the update to its Essential phone. The Android 10 will be made available to all Pixel devices and soon after various smartphones OEMs will start rolling out the update to their eligible devices.
Android 10 roadmap for Pixel devices was revealed a few months ago and the search engine giant does promise to roll out the update by third quarter which ends in September. Now, the update is already live for its Pixel devices in the early September itself. Google also updated the Android logo on its official website which was announced last month.

The users of Pixel smartphones with unlocked version will see the Android 10 OTA update right away. While the Pixel users with carrier-locked version have to wait for the rollout.

Android 10 has a central focus on privacy and security, with almost 50 features that give users greater protection, transparency, and control. It expands users’ digital wellbeing controls and supports new technologies like Foldables and 5G. A system-wide dark mode is the biggest highlights of Android 10, which should ease the strain on your eyes and on phone’s battery too. There are also new gesture navigations that are designed to increase the fluidity between tasks.

Google rolling out the update via OTA in a phase-wise manner. So, you might not get the update right away. However, users can also manually check for updates via Settings > System > Advanced > System Update.
