Huawei is rolling out a new Oreo update to Honor 9 in Europe. The update is based on EMUI 8.0 and brings the build number STF-L09C432B370. Now, you can manually download and install the Android 8.0 Oreo-based EMUI 8.0 firmware on the Honor 9 FRD-AL10 variant. Apart from optimized UI and bug fixes, the latest software update brings July 2018 Google security patches for improved system security.
The Honor 9 STF-L09 flaunts a 5.15-inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixels screen resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 960 SoC coupled with 4GB / 6GB of RAM. In terms of optics, the device sports a 12MP + 20MP dual rear cameras accompanied by an 8MP selfie camera.
