How to Firmware update on Huawei Watch GT 2
There are two ways to download and install the latest software on Huawei Watch GT 2. Read on for both the methods:
Method 1:
1. Launch the Huawei Health app.
2. Pair the Huawei Watch GT 2 with your phone.
3. From the main interface of the app, tap on ‘Devices’.
4. Next, select the Huawei Watch GT 2 from the list and choose Firmware update.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the new firmware if available.

Method 2:
For Android devices: Enable “Auto-download update packages over Wi-Fi” through the Huawei Health app > Devices > Device name. Doing this, whenever a new firmware update is released it will be directly shown to your watch. Tap on it and follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
For iOS devices: Open the Huawei Health app and tap on the profile picture located at the upper-left corner of the home screen. Select Settings and enable Auto-download update packages over Wi-Fi. That’s it! New updates will be automatically shown to your watch screen. Follow on-screen instructions to upgrade.
