Huawei’s sub-brand Honor is all set to introduce its next-generation flagship smartphone dubbed as Honor 20 at a special event in London next week. Although there is exactly one week for the launch event, the official pictures and specifications have been surfaced online. This reveals that the upcoming Honor 20 to come with quad rear cameras as well as hole-punch display.
The official-like pictures have been spotted on WinFuture website, giving a fair idea on the design of the standard Honor 20 smartphone. According to the pictures, the Honor 20 to sport a hole-punch at the top-left corner of the display carrying a 32-megapixels selfie camera. The display size is about 6.26-inch with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels.
The above image also reveals the back-side of the device i.e. the Black and Blue color rear panels. We can also see a quad-camera setup accompanied by a LED flash. The camera sensors include a 48MP rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor along with a 16-megapixel 117-degree ultra-wide sensor as well as two 2-megapixel cameras with f/1.75 aperture and f/2.4 aperture, one for 4cm macro shots and other for depth sensing in portrait shots.
The source also reveals the key specifications of the Honor 20 including a Kirin 980 SoC, 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, and a 3750mAh battery support. The device will also feature a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It has dual SIM support and includes connectivity options like Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C. The device will run on Android 9 Pie-based Magic UI 2.1 on top.
