Earlier this year, Honor announced the Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro mid-range smartphones in China and globally. Now, the company comes up with a lighter model, the Honor 9X Lite. Initially, the smartphone is launched in Finland, but it will not take much time to reach other global countries including India. Let’s have a quick overview of the specifications and features of Honor 9X Lite.
Honor 9X Lite
Honor 9X Lite bears several similarities in internal with the Honor 8X that was released last year. The device is equipped with a 6.5-inch FullView FHD+ display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. It has a notch design with a 19:5:9 aspect ratio and features a 2.5D curved glass display.
The Honor 9X Lite houses a dual-lens rear camera setup comprising a respectable 48MP (f/1.8) primary sensor and another 2MP (f/2.4) lens to capture depth details.
Upfront, the handset sports a 16MP (f/2.0) selfie snapper. Interestingly, both the cameras are capable of recording Full HD videos at up to 60fps.
Under the hood, the Honor 9X Lite comes with an octa-core Kirin 710 chipset with 4GB of RAM. It offers 128GB of internal storage which can be further expandable via microSD card. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port adds to the connectivity department.
The device packs a 3750mAh battery measures 160.4 x 76.6 x 7.8mm and weighs 175 grams. For interface, it comes pre-installed with Android 9 Pie with the company’s own EMUI 9 skin on top.
Price and Availability:
HONOR 9X Lite comes in Black, Green color options and is priced at 199 Euros (US$ 215 / Rs. 16,454 approx.). It will go on pre-order starting April 30th, 2020 in Finland and there is no word on availability in other markets yet.
