Huawei alongside the Huawei Mate Xs foldable smartphone also announced the Honor 9X Pro and Honor View 30 Pro globally at the same online event. The Honor 9X Pro comes with the Kirin 810 SoC and features a bezel-less and notch-less display. On the other hand, the Honor View 30 Pro 5G is the same flagship that the company introduced as Honor V30 Pro in China last November.
Due to Huawei’s presence in the U.S. Entity list, neither the Honor 9X Pro nor the Honor View 30 Pro includes the Google Play Services and Play Store. Instead, these are the company’s first devices to feature its self-developed Huawei Mobile Services and Huawei AppGallery – the alternative to the Google Play Store.
