Huawei sub-brand Honor started rolling out a new software update for the Honor X10 Max. It is still based on Magic UI 3.1.1 and brings optimizations to the shooting effect of the camera and improves the stability of the system.
Software update for Honor X10 Max pushes the firmware version to Magic UI 3.1.1.185. It is available to download for the China variant of Honor X10 Max with model no. KKG-AN00. The update is happening via OTA in a phase-wise manner. That means it might take some time to appear on each and every model.
Honor X10 Max users can manually check for updates via Settings > System and Update > Software Update. Tap on the new version to start downloading the software upgrade package. Once downloaded, the phone will prompt to restart to install the firmware. Wait for a while till the device automatically reboots to the latest version.

The Honor X10 Max is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 800 7nm processor coupled with ARM Mali-G57 GPU and 6GB/8GB RAM. It offers up to 128GB internal storage with a microSD card support. The device runs on Android 10 with Magic UI 3.1.1 on top, sports dual rear cameras – a 48MP + 2MP. On the front, there is an 8MP camera for selfies and other video calling purposes.
The X10 Max features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and comes with a 5000mAh battery support.
