Huawei announced the Huawei Nova 6 SE mid-range smartphone alongside the Nova 6 and Nova 6 5G flagships at a special event in China last week. Similar to that of Huawei Mate 30 series, the Huawei Nova 6 SE doesn’t come with any of the Google Apps and services. However, the smartphone runs on Android 10 with EMUI 10 on top. The Kirin 810 SoC, 8GB RAM, 48MP quad rear cameras are the highlights of the Huawei Nova 6 SE smartphones.
Huawei Nova 6 SE – Specifications
The dual SIM Huawei Nova 6 SE (Hybrid) flaunts a 6.4-inch Full HD+ IPS display with 2340 x 1080 pixels screen resolutions. Under the hood, there is an octa-core Kirin 810 SoC coupled with ARM Mali-G52 MP6 GPU and 8GB of RAM. It has 128GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB with Huawei NM memory card.
The Huawei Nova 6 SE runs on Android 10 with EMUI 10.0.1 and features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. On the back, there is a square module that houses quad cameras – a 48MP main camera with Sony IMX586 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, 8MP Ultra Wide Angle lens with f/2.4 aperture, 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth camera. There is also a 16MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and other purposes.
The connectivity options available in the device are Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS, USB Type-C. It is just 8.7mm thick and weighs 183g. It includes a 4200mAh battery with 40W Huawei fast charging technology.

The HUAWEI nova 6 SE comes in Black, Pink and Green colors, is priced at 2199 yuan (US$ 312 / Rs. 22,300 approx.), will be available for order from 18th December and go on sale from December 25th in China.
