There’s only a week for the announcement of next-generation of ‘Huawei P’ series smartphones and there’s plenty of leaks and rumors around the corner. Till yesterday, we have only seen leaks revealing the specifications and pictures of Huawei P30 and P30 Pro, but today for the first time pricing has been surfaced online. Amazon Spain has erroneously put up the listing for the Huawei P30 Pro Amber Sunrise variant, revealing the pricing and availability of the handset. However, Amazon acts quickly and removes the listing from the website.
As per listing, the Huawei P30 featuring 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage will cost you €749 Euro (approx. Rs. 58,000) in the European market. The Huawei P30 Pro, with 8GB/128GB configuration, is expected to cost €999 ($1,135 or approx. Rs. 77,000), while the 8GB/256GB configuration will be priced at €1,099 ($1,250 or approx. Rs. 85,000). For perspective, the Galaxy S10 Plus costs $999.
The listing also reveals some of the key specifications of Huawei P30 Pro. It shows that the device will be powered by a Huawei’s own Kirin 980 SoC, runs on Android 9 Pie-based EMUI 9.1 OS, Quad rear camera setup, and a 32MP selfie camera. With this camera features, the Huawei P30 Pro will be the company’s first handset to offer four cameras.
However, these prices are not official yet but give a fair idea about the pricing Huawei’s want to keep for their upcoming flagships smartphones which will be a tough competitor to latest Galaxy S10 series handsets. Stay tuned as we’ll update with each and every detail about the Huawei P30 series flagships once they go official at Huawei’s Paris event on March 26.
