After the Huawei P30 and Mate 30 series smartphones, Huawei now started rolling out the Android 10 update for the Honor 20 series devices. It is a stable ROM and brings the Magic UI 3.0 version. Currently, the Android 10-based Magic UI 3.0 update is available to download in the China region, while it is soon expected to go globally in the coming days.
Alongside the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro [YAL-AL00, YAL-TL00, YAL-AL10], the Chinese smartphone giant is also rolling out the same update to Honor V20 and Honor Magic 2 devices. The size of the update is just around 5GB and brings the build version 10.0.0.175. So, make sure there is enough storage space up to 6GB to install the latest firmware, else it will result in system failure.
The Magic UI 3.0 update for Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro is rolling out in a phase-wise manner. So, it might some time to appear on each and every model. Users can manually look-up for the update via the Settings > System > Software update > Check for updates.
